Wedding Photography Styles

Whilst the below is not exhaustive in terms of wedding photography styles it does cover what I consider to be the 2 main types Reportage and Traditional so you can get an idea.

Reportage / Documentary

This is an informal from of wedding photography where the photographs are taken when subject(s) are not are aware of the photographs being taken. It if offers a contemporary and relaxed feel to the images.

Traditional / Classical

Comprises of a more formal approach to the photography. It often follows a set routine and time scales however it produces the framed / family images and offers a good record of the event.

Monster Photography Style!

I offer a happy mix of both of the above styles. Whilst I do take reportage shots throughout the day there is also that element of traditional where I take the composed / group shots. I also provide a mix of colour and black and White images.
